About Our Grading

All units go through extensive quality checks to ensure they meet the specifications as outlined. Our cosmetics are graded C 1-5. Function is graded F 1-5. Refer to our Cosmetic and Function grading guides below.

Cosmetic Grading Guide

Grade A+

Cosmetic: C5

Excellent condition overall. Minimal light imperfections, if any, on entire unit.

Grade A

Cosmetic: C4

Good Front screen - minimal light scratches, if any, on screen.
Good back housing - minimal light scratches, if any, on back housing. May have minor imperfections (ding, scratch) on sides.

Grade B

Cosmetic: C3

Good front screen. Very minor light scratches, if any, on screen.
May have scratches on back, camera. May have flaws on sides. No cracks or chips.

Grade B

Cosmetic: C2

Good back housing - minimal light scratches, if any, on back.
May have scratches on front screen. May have flaws on sides. No cracks or chips.

Grade C

Cosmetic: C1

Significant wear and use. May have scratches front, back and camera. May have flaws on sides. No cracks or chips.

Grade D

Cosmetic: C0

Broken front and / or back glass.
Middle frame may have deep dent,
scratches, peel off and discoloration.
Heavy wear to the handset.
